We ship orders to all countries from our suppliers in CN or the warehouse in the USA on Monday – Saturday, except public holidays.
You can choose between Free Shipping, Standard Shipping，Expedited Shipping，Expedited Insured Shipping and Standard Insured Shipping. Our default order processing time is 1 - 3 days.

If your package gets lost or stolen, we will send you another one.
We offer you the following delivery options.
Delivery to your home address:
Select Free Shipping, Standard Shipping or Expedited Shipping as delivery option in the checkout and make sure that your home address is ticked as the delivery address.
Delivery to an alternative address:
Write an order note on Cart page or Checkout page, leave the alternative address in the order note, then select Free Shipping, Standard Shipping or Expedited Shipping as delivery option in the checkout, we will handle the alternative address when reviewing the order.
If you would like to order something while you are abroad, visit the Loxoto website of the location you are currently located in and provide a local delivery address in that location.
As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.
You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.
If we are unable to deliver your package, according to your chosen delivery option, it will automatically be returned to Loxoto.
